K.R.
Godwin,
Art Consultant & Project Manager
Ms. Godwin received her B.A.S. in
Art Conservation and Art History from the
University of Delaware. She has ten years
experience as an art consultant in both
corporate and private settings. Ms. Godwin
specializes in art program development. From
selection and procurement to leasing and
site-specific commissions, she has experience
with all aspects of the art consulting process.

Loncar,
Art Consultant & Project Manager
Ms. Loncar holds a B.A. in German
and Russian language and literature from The
University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia and is fluent
in German, Russian, Italian and her native
Serbo-Croatian. After moving to the United
States in 1983, she studied art history at
Temple University and art management at Rosemont
College. She holds a certificate in Art and
Antique Appraisal Studies from the Pratt
Institute of New York. Ms. Loncar has been a corporate
art consultant since 1994, and has appraised over 1000 works of art.
She is well
traveled and has relationships with artists in Russia, Italy, Germany and Eastern Europe.

Consultant & Project Manager
Ms. Morris received her B.F.A. in printmaking
from Tyler School of Fine Arts of Temple
University and her M.E.D. in special education
from Beaver College. She has over 20 years
experience as a corporate art consultant. Ms.
Morris has developed, executed and implemented a
variety of art-related programs and projects
tailored to meet needs, budgets and specific
parameters of each assignment for her for profit

Ms. Lee-Fertal holds a degree in
Fine Art, Summa Cum Laude, from Kutztown
University. She has 17 years of art sales
experience to the healthcare community and

Mr. Gratz specializes in the treatment of oil
paintings, restoration of oil paintings, and
